Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 2026

StoryKeepr is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

What We Do

We work to make StoryKeepr accessible by:

  • Using semantic HTML and ARIA attributes to support screen readers and assistive technologies
  • Providing keyboard navigation throughout the dashboard and public pages
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast ratios in our interface
  • Supporting dark mode to accommodate visual preferences and sensitivities
  • Designing responsive layouts that work across devices and screen sizes
  • Including alternative text for images where applicable

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. We are a small team and continuously working to improve. Known areas where we are actively working on improvements include:

  • Some complex interactive features (such as drag-and-drop or rich text editors) may have limited screen reader support
  • Third-party embedded content (such as retailer widgets) may not meet our accessibility standards
  • Older public page templates may have accessibility gaps that are being addressed

Feedback & Reporting Issues

We take accessibility seriously and welcome your feedback. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know:

When reporting an accessibility issue, please include the page URL, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology you are using (if applicable). We will respond within 5 business days and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review our platform, test with assistive technologies, and prioritize accessibility improvements in our development process. This statement will be updated as we make progress.
